The older housing near the centre is Victorian terrace, which behaves very differently from the interwar semis further out and the properties down by the river. Terraces move, so doors stick and latches stop lining up; riverside plots lose fence panels. Both are bread-and-butter.

Not if we can help it. We open non-destructively wherever the lock allows, which means you keep the door and usually the lock as well. Drilling is what happens when a lock leaves no other option, not what we lead with.
Visits start at £60, which covers the first hour on site. Locksmithing starts at £90. Anything longer or anything needing parts is agreed with you before we carry on — you will not get a surprise at the end.
No. There is no separate callout charge and no travel surcharge for any of the towns we cover. The starting price is the starting price.
